Sound familiar?

The business is fine. The digital side grew up messy.

That is normal. Small businesses usually accumulate jank one reasonable decision at a time.

What it feels like now

  • The site looks years behind the actual business.
  • Nobody is quite sure who owns the domain or important accounts.
  • A builder or platform is convenient until you need to leave it.
  • Google, forms, reviews, analytics, and contact paths do not quite agree.
  • Anything new feels risky because nobody wants to break what still works.

What better looks like

  • A clean modern front door.
  • Clear ownership and access.
  • A foundation you can move or hand off later.
  • Useful old pieces preserved where they still earn their keep.
  • A setup that is easier to connect to whatever comes next.

Two common ways I help

Fix the whole digital front door—or just the part that is broken.

You do not have to buy a giant transformation when the real problem is narrow.

Focused fix

Fix the thing that is actually broken

For a workflow, integration, form, follow-up process, account mess, or other narrow problem that does not justify rebuilding the whole business.

  • Diagnose before prescribing
  • Repair before replacing when that is smarter
  • Keep the scope as small as the problem allows
  • Explain the important parts in normal language

What I actually build and fix

Practical pieces that make the business easier to run.

01

Replace an outdated website

A current, fast, owner-controlled front door that represents the business you have now.

02

Clean up ownership & access

Domains, accounts, DNS, and production access should not be a mystery.

03

Connect the pieces

Forms, Google, reviews, messaging, analytics, and useful services should work together where it matters.

04

Automate the busywork

Repair or build focused workflows around repetitive work, follow-up, alerts, routing, and handoffs.

05

Find better prospects

Research and organize real potential customers so you can spend more time deciding who deserves outreach.

06

Leave a sane handoff

The important ownership, access, and moving parts should be clearer after the work—not more mysterious.

A rule I care about

Your website should belong to your business.

Website builders can be useful. Lock-in is not. You should know what you own, have the right access, and be able to take the site elsewhere or hand it to another developer later.

You should not have to stay with me because leaving is difficult.

Janky to Swanky

Same business. Cleaner foundation.

The before-state is the real business as it exists. The job is not to erase it—it is to bring the useful parts forward and replace the pieces holding it back.

The same small business shown before and after a digital modernization pass.

Start here

Show me the messy version.

You do not have to clean it up before asking for help.

  1. 01You tell me what is bothering you.

    Normal business language is enough.

  2. 02I inspect the real setup.

I look for what should stay and what is actually causing trouble.

  3. 03I explain what I recommend.

Scope, tradeoffs, and price are clear before consequential work starts.

  4. 04I do the work and verify it.

The result should be cleaner, easier to own, and easier to move forward from.
